Gundam Daruma: Anime Meets Tradition!
Gundam partners with a 300-year-old Fukushima craftworks for wood-carved daruma dolls. These auspicious Gundam figures are available for preorder now, blending mecha anime with traditional Japanese aesthetics.
Anime and tradition collide in Fukushima! Gundam has teamed up with Shirakawa Daruma Sohonpo, a 300-year-old craftworks company, to create unique wood-carved daruma dolls based on the ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam.
These daruma dolls, symbols of good luck, are handcrafted by artisans. Traditionally, you paint one eye while making a wish and the other when the wish comes true. A fun, modern twist on a classic Japanese tradition.
The Gundam daruma are available in two sizes, ranging from 3,300 to 9,900 yen. Preorders are open now on the Premium Bandai website, offering a unique souvenir for Gundam fans visiting Japan.
