Pizza Hut Japan has partnered with Yokohama's Yoshimuraya ramen to create a unique ramen pizza. This limited-time offering combines pizza with ie-kei ramen, a tonkotsu/soy sauce hybrid, available until March 31.
Pizza Hut Japan is offering a Yokohama Ie-kei Ramen Pizza, blending pizza with one of Japan's most delicious ramen varieties. This collaboration features ramen noodles, chashu pork, and spinach toppings on a pizza crust, aiming to capture the essence of ie-kei ramen.
The pizza's sauce is a tonkotsu base enhanced with chicken stock, mirroring Yoshimuraya's broth. It includes a packet of garlic vinegar and nori (dried seaweed) to customize the flavor, enhancing the ramen experience.
Available for a limited time, until March 31, the Yokohama Ie-kei Ramen Pizza offers travelers a unique culinary experience. Priced at 2,230 yen (US$14.50) for a medium, it's a quirky addition to Japan's diverse food scene.
