Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival As the biggest fireworks festival in Tokyo, everything at the Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival is, well, bigger. Crowds are corralled into viewing areas on the carless roads, where they settle in on tarps with drinks and snacks.
